Pros
- Was sent abroad for work for a number of years and wanted to stay connected with friends and family back home. Tossable Digits turned out to be a perfect option and for the unbeatable price.
- But at about 85% its pretty good, infact excellent for the price.
Cons
- I had some trouble with the call forwarding. It was difficult to set up and it did end up costing me a little extra until I adjusted the set up.
- Also messages only had phone numbers associated with them (there was no way that I knew of to import contacts) so I often had to look up the number in my contacts to figure out who I was speaking to.
Pros
- OnSIP has the best customer service hands down. No matter what your issue is, from initial set up to random questions years later, they are always super helpful and find the answer for you.
- Everytime I have needed customer service I have had an excellent experience and they have taken care of each issue with great care and speed getting me back online and going again quickly.
Cons
- There are a few features that we need - telemarketing blocking or global blocking; international calling allowed but to only specific countries.
- With a hosted pbx if you lose internet, you are down. Vs separate phone system with actual lines would stay up.
