  • Pros

  • Support is fantastic and responsive. They have continually improved their software. Automation capabilities have changed how we produce.

  • It took me less than two months to set it up and go live. It is one of the easiest MIS or ERP systems in the market. The initial cost is incredibly slow, it is very affordable product.

  • Cons

  • Not a lot of complaints; few minor issues but that's common with software.

  • Very limited on XML commands for storefront templates. An available option for internal accounting codes (cost centers) that allows you to turn off purchase order fields would be nice.
