  • Pros

  • It seems like this would be a good piece of software, if I could ever get it to work. Seems cool but I've never had an in depth user experience.
  • Another very positive factor of this software, is the quality in audio and video in their videoconferences, the best.
  • Cons

  • I haven't had anything major go bad while using Adobe Connect but I do think they could afford to drop the cost just a bit.
  • Sometimes, it is difficult for some participants to set their microphone correctly. However, this is a general problem of all such communication devices.

  • It's really practical when you can't attend a physical seminar during this pandemic. It really helps people when they want to develop their skill at home using webinar.
  • BrightTALK is not only a platform to organise a webinar but it also helps us to expand the audience for our webinar. It’s easy to use and navigate.
  • Cons

  • High barrier to scaling registrations -- a lot of people don't want to create an account and it reduces conversions (in my experience).
  • I had a hard time turning this off and ultimately unsubscribed.
