My overall  experience is that they are striving to be a great company that offers great software.

Loved it, have recommended it on a regular basis. I have had one technical issue/bug in 10 months with sending an email and UK based support fixed that within 2 hours.

Clean and nice UI, awesome UX, incredible reliability (key factor in Webby apps) and really good support.

No reliable, No stability, No intuitive, Bad recording quality. I put 150 in a webinar and the whole platform went frozen.

When the video was finished I turned the mic on and did my part of the webinar. When I went to replay the recording the quality was terrible.

Only once a question had to be escalated to tech team - everything else was user error.

There are some features that aren't presently there but on the roadmap. For example, segmentation of early abandons, no-shows, and attendees.

It's too bad as the intention was to use bigmarker as our webinar platform but it's useless in that sense.

The backend/admin portal was easy enough to use, but the support team made our lives sooooo much easier by helping us know exactly what we needed to do and when.

We love the ease of use for both presenters and participants. The meeting rooms are also a great bonus.

There are so many things to love about this software - It's reliable, allows for customization with features that always impress my clients, and the customer support is second to none.

It was easy to customize the webinar room, customize the emails, and for attendees to register. I liked that it integrated with Infusionsoft and our presenters had an easy time accessing the webinar.

Our Non-profit Organisation was seeking a webinar solution which was cost-effective but offered powerful features and performance. BigMarker delivered exceptionally well.

This can be a big problem for those who don't speak English. I am also missing a 24 hours clock (currently have to use AM/PM which is uncommon in The Netherlands).

Can only email, and the response time isn't OK when there's an urgent concern. Then to cancel your subscription, you have to email them.

One Con I ran into was the inability to use bigmarker as a telestrator (writing on the screen while reviewing a video).

I have had a wonderful experience with BigMarker. Whenever I have experienced technical difficulties during webinars they have always been very helpful.

It is also convenient for participants as they do not need to download an app or software to join the meeting or webinar. Reporting features are excellent and useful for follow up work.

The ability to unify people across many platforms and give them the chance to experience the stream service you provide. Being able to reach a larger demographic is fantastic for brand building.

Restream pricing is pretty fair and you get lots of features. I like that they have lots of discounts on different occasions.

Top of the chart technical support. Relatively easy to set up through OBS and well known streaming platforms like Twitch and Mixer.

Restream is easy to use, and easy to setup. The support is fantastic and very responsive as is the discord community.

They do not warn you, but if you try to use wifi while streaming to 3 services at once, they will all drop frames heavily.

It allows us to do something few people would use around me in my field and it gives me an advantage. The program has many uses and the cost of friendly.

The analytics are not working well. I think it's because this function is still in beta.

I enjoy the three basic ease of the restream program. Very intuitive and I feel confident for the most part that whenever I stream I'm in good hands and having a good quality stream.

It is extremely annoying and also disturbs the overall experience my stream provides to me and the viewers.

The ability to see chats from all these different platforms in one location is something I love about Restream.

It's an amazing tool for simulcasting, easy to use and powerful tools and features like metrics, video embed, and others.

Well, the best part was just how intuitive the GUI was. It was incredibly easy to navigate and help myself do what needed to get done.

Also, being able to seamlessly connect the chat from different platforms is a godsend.

Sure there are also things that your software can't influence but if twitch is delayed by 10 seconds and youtube by 40 i doubt that its just youtubes worse servers.

The amount of services to which one can restream is best on market and restream chat is outstanding value for all streamers.

The cross platform chat with OBS integration is awesome so I don't need multiple apps running so use less resources on my PC.

It’s been good I have been using it so my followers can recommend my stream to everyone.

I had to individually set up all my stream accounts to make them function and it was a pain in the butt.

The user interface was easy to use and navigate. Streaming and RTMP was easy to connect and the streaming quality was great.

Overall I really like Restream and their customer support when talking to the right people is very good.

For someone who is just starting out, it might be difficult to pay a monthly bill when the customer acquisition cost is already worrisome.

Even if it's your first time accessing Restream, you'll immediately be able to set up your account. What I love the most is the unified chat integration and the bot that comes with it.

I love the ability to stream on multiple platforms with one stream output. Super convenient and easy to use.

Mobile website is very easy to navigate and chat function is perfect. Restream really helps promote my stream across more than 1 platform.

We had to abandon Restream when we realised that they add their own name to your video comments. That can only be removed by paying for a much more expsive tier.

I loved the price and the ease of use. I can just set it up one time if I want and it works and integrates with any streaming software/hardware.

Great for multi-streaming, easy to set up, multi chat option is awesome, but would like a side by side option as well instead of just mixed chat.

The ease of use of the software is great, and it allows me to integrate my OBS into Youtube,  Facebook and Twitch without much difficulty.

The chat bot overlay is super helpful as you are able to see chat from all platforms in 1 place as well as making it an overlay on your main screen.
