The whole UI/UX is just outdated. Missing some key features.

Number one thing is an ability to have a recorded webinar combined with engagement in real-time. Plus slack integration which is amazing.

It makes the webinar experience interactive and fun. Any time I have a question, their team responds quickly.

The interface is really cool looking and intuitive to use. Stting up was a breeze, and after a few hours of playing around creating a webinar and adding interactions to it became a second nature.

I love that you can just upload pre-recorded Zoom files into the platform and add engagement features such as polls, questions, and tips. The pre-built landing pages and emails are great too.

When I imported graphics/sounds, there was difficulty synching with the system.

The possibility of providing online off-site quality training. In these Covid-19 days it is a very useful tool.

It is critical that the moderator get it the program or examined the instructional exercises some time recently starting.

The layout of the software is helpful during meetings- the videos, list of attendees and chat box are all easily accessible.

This is a great program to use for webinars. It's very easy to create and distribute logins, create/edit presentations.

I can host and and streaming a webinars or other virtual event like online training and social media streaming easily with this software.

No native break out rooms for audience interaction, engagement features could be enhanced, the polling feature is not ideal and could be enhanced and developed further.

I continually lose internet bandwidth, need to turn off my webcam, and also turn off my microphone for the software to stay connected.

Works great for planned and on demand meetings. User friendly regardless of interface, works with both stationary and mobile devices.
