The whole UI/UX is just outdated. Missing some key features.

Number one thing is an ability to have a recorded webinar combined with engagement in real-time. Plus slack integration which is amazing.

The interface is really cool looking and intuitive to use. Stting up was a breeze, and after a few hours of playing around creating a webinar and adding interactions to it became a second nature.

There was lag in both audio and video in organizer and attendee screen which caused some issues in conducting the webinar.

Lost initial registration and account information.

It's hard to verify the domain and update email address if you need to change the admins on the account.

There are no quick links to get into a webinar after registration, besides the one sent via email upon registration confirmation.

The ease of set up and suggested emails. Pricing was also pretty good.

Happy with the option as with minimum use the cost which is charged is reasonable. Will be happy if pay per use can be implemented at lower cost rather then month subscription.

It was priced in local currency, and allows flexibility with pricing based on need.
