Hotjar has an amazing feature which allows to record user behavior. It is extremely useful to understand how users are interacting with your product.

The biggest downside is that I am unable to use the heatmap functionality for the email signup popup that is located on the site.

Good tool at an affordable price to understand how consumers engage and behave.

It is very easy to integrate using google manager or directly paste the code. One of the best thing in HotJar is Heatmaps it shows me which part of my website are working well.

Sometimes, when trying to hide the private information of a customer, it went overboard and aggressively hid a lot of information which was part of the app itself and not the customer's data.

Love how easy Hotjar is to use, the features allow you to really gain an insight into what webpages are working and what aren't - allowing you to boost user experience and conversions.

It's tough to think of a disadvantage to HotJar or a problem I have with the software. It tracks critical data.

Maybe as I go alone this whole become more evident as to why the price is what it is but for now, it seems unnecessarily steep.

Some of the features in their reporting don't work very well, ie reports with old data and bad graphs for data over time. Seems to have more negative affects on site speed than other platforms.

Its sometimes tough to tell which account I'm in. There are no visuals  outside the grey box to let me know what account I'm in.

It integrates well with many services, the most important for me are MixPanel and Google Analytics. I haven't tried many other A/B testing tools, but I'm very pleased with VWO.

VWO is by far the best to run tests in AND the data they provide is insightful and actionable, which always makes me and the client happy.

Occasionally alerts and warning were confusing to the user.

I am using this tool for last 3 years and have very good feedback on this. It's easy to use and help us to increase the conversion.

Additionally, it is great that you can segment traffic very thoroughly throughout all the heatmaps, visitor recordings, and A/B tests.

It is an excellent tool to perform testing of websites and optimize them, easy to use and very user friendly.

For the most part, customer support was was helpful when needed. My only real issue is the way Google Anlytics and VWO sync up.
