It seems difficult to use as an all-in-one task management system since it isn't easy to handle non-recurring tasks.

The only downside (for now) is that if you embed the SOP in an external site, an external user can run the flow without generating an account.

That's a tremendous time saver - not to mention efficiency-booster. I love that it was easy to learn how to use the software.

The user interface is easy to understand and navigate, which makes it more appealing, because now I can delegate the SOP creation and maintenance to one of my employees.

In short - a very positive experience and I'm now planning to completely integrate Flowster as part of my business documentation.

This is the first time having access to a Saas like this, and I am loving it. In months to come I will be able to delegate much of my work and will let me focus on more important things.

These features are very user friendly. Love that you can use the Marketplace to access many free workflow templates.

Documenting tasks and Assigning them to people, and tracking their progress. It is a perfect way to ensure knowledge transfer is achieved effectively.

Easy to set up, easy to integrate, unlimited guests can run the SOPs and I can analyze the progress. Workflows are easily set up and easy to assign.

Maybe if they had a different screen with a different theme format that indicates you are editing a template (as opposed to a workflow), then it may help to avoid such mistakes.

However, it quickly became hard to keep track of all these documents, especially when updating or tweaking your processes.

Last but not least, the customer support is outstanding, my questions were answered quickly.

I've been using it a short time, but am really impressed and am slowly switching all of my process documentation into Flowster. Amazing team and amazing [SENSITIVE CONTENT.

I love that Flowster allows me to place all of my SOPs in one central database. It also makes it extremely easy to ensure that my team follows all steps properly.

I barely miss anything from the competition and Flowster has a roadmap that addresses some of the things missing.

The pre-made templates are amazing, they can give you a great start. This is my first time documenting our process and has made our life so much easier.

No groups feature to manage users. No browser extension or seamless capture of a Process or Workflow.

I love that I can even automate further with an automation platform like Integrately. The support is stellar, they help me embed a new video platform that was not supported.

It's great for someone like me with little experience building databases.

Great support team, they go above and beyond to get your application deployed and issues resolved. They are constantly improving with new features and enhancements.

Another useful feature that we love is the ability to link files to an S3 bucket, saving massively on storage costs.

The quick and easy ability to preview any changes I make to every part of the database and the user-facing portion is so useful.

It was a bit difficult getting started as I couldn't access the support pages directly.

I used the school management template which saved me huge amount of work as I was able to easily edit each component to my requirements. The rapid table creation from pasted data is very impressive.

The platform is blazing fast and support has been very responsive - within a few minutes. From the other platforms I've tested, Tadabase was by far the most customizable, powerful and easy to master.
