The implementation of EQMS to the department has been very successful. We have come across some issues, however the helpdesk have been very helpful with any problems.

With the acquisitions, the ease of having Q-Pulse Enterprise allowed us to roll out the QMS and provide real live data and streamline a number of our processes.

Poor integration between modules. To link issues with suppliers may be slow.

Integration of the software was quick and easy, as is general use on a day to day basis.

Some of the reports such as 'out of date' documents has encouraged the team to update these document quickly. It is a good prompt to ensure we do not fall behind.

Q-Pulse is user friendly, intuitive and easy to navigate. It provides the functionality required to manage documents, audits and assets easily.

I waste a lot of time every time I have to use the program.

The program is very straight forward with minimal instructions you are easily moving thru the program.

It has worked great for us on documentation control and non-conformances.

Ease of use - the system is easy to use and intuitive after some training. As with any computerised system, it helps when the databases are used routinely.

It's limited capacity ensures you get one-on-one attention from their technical team if needed, and networking with other users proved invaluable.

Hence we have not had any areas within the system that we disliked.

The core functionality is good for the purpose for which it is designed.

Mexichem needed a GxP compliant solution that was quick and easy to implement.

We have been using EQMS for a year now and have found it to be an excellent time saver and great value for money.

Technical support is excellent. They respond in a timely manner - same day in every instance where I've needed them.

Integration - when all the metadata had been collected, the integration with existing business processes was easy as the organisation was operating a paper based document management system.

I come across many difficulties with the functionality of EQMS , i work with large documents which won't upload to the system.

CA/PA, AUDIT, Documents modules are customizable and somewhat easy to use.

Yes, it really is true (actual people). Try it for yourself, it is refreshing in this day of the robot society.

If staff use the product frequently they will find it very easy to use. It has many useful features that support business processes.

Unfortunately it is not used throughout the organisation resulting in conflict sometimes with other document storage IT systems and we occasionally have to duplicate documents.

The use of issue manager to drive any process (which dosent neccesserily need to be quality related) is brilliant.

Very happy overall with the document and issue manager modules utilised within EQMS. Have already had a product upgrade and the customer support from the rep is excellent.

No particular dislikes noted. In one particular implementation, the custom fields in Document Manager would not merge the meta-data to the document file.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I really like the ease of use. It s very versatile and i like the customer support.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.

It's an amazing tool for working together across departments specially in big organizations. It's great with tickets - tasks or bugs.

Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

Overall, the product is great to use. If your company invests in it then as a user, you should can count yourself lucky.

In addition, it is a great motivational tool and teaches us to discipline. It gives great insight into the status of ongoing projects and helps in their accessible presentation.

I like having the ability to “tag” other colleagues until tickets and messages. I also like the integration ability with some of our other tools.

I love that you can make recommendations and they listen to you and implement the changes which are great.

I like it is easy to use and even the price is not high for what it offers. I have been using these over the last years every day at my work and is perfect.

Great teamwork/collaboration tool with a great overview of the project and its progress, I would highly recommend this product for any software implementation.

Nice and friendly interface in the latest versions. Great power when it comes to managing permits and creating workflows.

The overall experience is good, it can be better on certain costumization fields and profile managment.

The lone thing I hate is that it is somewhat costly with regards to additional items.

I like most the versatility and the ease of use. It is designed in an intuitive way and the user experience has been great.

Jira was great for what I needed it for; bug reporting. However, as someone who it took a while to learn, I am happy that is all I had to do.

We needed a help desk system that is reliable and performed the functions we wanted. It fit the bill perfectly at a cost that didn't break our bank.

Jira works great and allows to access and change boards very easily. It is a great way to communicate with the team due to the great features.

Helps categorize, filter, share issues with great ease. There are so many good features that I love, it's hard to list over a review.

The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.
