I liked the value for the money spent on this software. The software is not that expensive, but that reflects.

I love that i can use this software anywhere in the world. It is extremely user friendly and when i do have an issue, they are right on top of the situation and help me navigate for a better result.

They are always looking for way to improve on user friendly and make me feel like I am part of the team.

Reports are unattractive. Bank feeds don’t auto update and must be manually updated one by one, which is very slow and inefficient.

It’s easy to use, easy to learn, and the team was easy to work with in customizing the program to fit our special needs. The help desk are very helpful and usually can fix my needs in 15-30 min.

I wish you could fill out a few fields only once, especially when they're the same, but that's my only complaint.

We had previously been using some other tools, but this seems to be a bit better.

The only way I have gotten things to work properly is from a computer. Trying to do anything on your smartphone with this platform is very poor.

It is also nice that you can attach receipts in a pretty straightforward way as well.

My company was offered a free trial run of this product which is an automatic pro for the company and were treated great by customer service.

The end results of what is trying to be accomplished is good. The problem is getting to the end result.

ExpenseWire is easy to use and helps me to keep my expenses organized.

If you are getting a good deal on this and need it, I would say go for it. If you are a start up and want to look sleek to your employees, look elsewhere like Expensify or something.

Receipts are in one part, then the line items are on another part, then you have to attach receipts in a clunky way. I was very disappointed with how difficult the interface was to navigate.

No mobile application to snap pictures of receipts (let alone OCR them like expensify does). Web UI just got a facelift to the 21st century and it's still awful.

The fact that you link your bank account and get paid for personal expenses much faster than a traditional system is very helpful.
