The great customer service I've received whenever I have a question.

Efficient system to make automated backups of our gmail and gsuite. We've tried several, but they all promise the world but don't deliver, or at the end are much more expensive than initially shown.

Ease of overall usage, does what it has to do. Flexible licensing, great support.

Overall positive, recovery capabilities and interface is excellent.

Touch free and ease of use. The expectation that data would be backed up automatically.

Overall an easy to navigate user-interface. Authenticating across different Salesforce environments is easy as well.

Customer support degrades after takeover by Kesaya.

Sometimes errors appear in backup, but mostly the problem is on Google's side and is resolved in a day or two.

Spanning is easy to use, effective, and has great customer support.

Here we have an unlimited storage opportunity and a free trial period, it is enough to feel comfort of it.

Spanning is the best google drive backup system by far.

Perpetual backups of emails and files. Easy and quick restore process.

Sales does a excellent job selling it. The self service portal and linking it to your M365 login is fantastic idea,  Setup is fairly straight forward.

Totally inadequate for business grade protection.

The other negative is that I have called for support and on more than one occasion, the hold time was 30-40 minutes.

The ability to restore One drive files from deleted users is MUCH easier than the same process through powershell.

Still Now I gave not came accross any type of dislikes of the software.

Spanning is easy to use and staff have access to the tool (if allowed) to recover their data without needing IT Support.

If you don't have enough space at your Google account, then you should empty some.

Their response was to put our debt with a debt collection.

Great experience so far with backing up all G Suite accounts (emails, docs...).

The backup function is seamless to administer once the app is installed. The restore function is easy to navigate through to submit and watch the status of a restore.

Got angry and told us we need to pay even when they did not bill us, we then decided to cancel the service cancelled our services with them, and advised them.

GUI was a little difficult to set up for a lot of users. Needed to get into powershell to license for a large group.

I liked the ease of installation and configuration. It took about 15 minutes of effort to install/configure and begin using.

From the surface spanning looks like a fantastical product. In a demo it it is very easy to use, end user friendly with a self service portal.

The peace of mind it gives me that my Google Apps data is backed up and easily restored when I need it. The fact that Spanning integrates directly into Google Apps.

Solid, works well, but locked in to the provider.

The user interface and the UX is a disaster. The backup of the data itself works, but when you search for data, you need a lot of time and a lot of patience.

You get unlimited backups which makes it ideal for businesses with tons of data. It supports all file types, which is pretty rare to find in a backup service.

Spanning's backup solution seamlessly integrates with Salesforce and allows us to track the status of our backups and restore selected information with ease.

It's very simple to set up and use, and I've found the support to be excellent. What more could you want.

We had a unit go bad on us, and it took several days to get the replacement, not counting that at that point in time, we had to re-direct the internal back-up to a NAS.

Working with Datto has been great. After we received the product separate calls were setup to walk us through installing and configuring it.

Their backup appliance does an excellent job of keeping our data safe. I like that everyday I get a screenshot of the backed up device running.

Burned Up Hard Drive or Burned Down Building, the Data Remains.

It is nice to be able to jump back and forth between the RMM software and PSA software with just a click of the mouse. Everything is imported and exported cleanly.

If screenshot verification's fail, they should automatically try again the next time that a backup is run.

The software tends to send the wrong signal and causes problems with determining which jobs have ran and which are scheduled.

The customer service is very good and the people really know what they're doing.

The Datto Backup Portal is so easy to navigate. Failures and notifications stick out immediately so they can be addressed right away.

Ease of use is key for a company with a very limited amount of people, in management, who have a technological aptitude.

I like how easy is to use and how great customer service is. We use for the file and backup.

Datto is very easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to test/verify backups.

Web portal interface super easy to use and manage.

Besides the ease of use and install, DATTO gives top quality support and allows you to configure alerts when backups have not run or successfull virtualisation fails. So you're always in the know.

At our company we can't wait a month or more in hopes that a file we need to restore will eventually magically show up.

Have used it for clients over the last few years. I love their support is always on top of things 24-7 if there are any issues and quick to help.

To date, while still new to its use, it has been all positive.

Virtualizable backups from the backup media, nice BDR with great build quality, and good customer support.

Nagging notifications more than once a day making it seem like certain things are desperate - but they're just warnings.

Price but can you really put a price on data loss.

The software is top quality, the best in the business. Also the support team is American based and has personality and is very good.

Their support was great and answered all of the questions I had and made sure I was familiar with their product.

Timely access to files, astounding ability to virtualize in intervals that meet business continuity.

From the time we chose to use Datto, the setup and implementation was a breeze. I have had several interactions with the Technical support team and their responses are always swift and accurate.

We love the migration setup and now have access to unlimited servers as our client expands further.

The software was fairly straight forward to setup and assign licenses for. The setup options were reasonably intuitive.
