- I like the instant, fluid information that lets me quickly get the information I want when I want it how I want it, sales me hours a week, what's not to like.
- The ease to use and train employees on this BI tool makes it best in the market. The power of building your own databases, customizing reports and the level of customer service is outstanding.
Cons
- Unless someone is a pro on Phocas, it is difficult to navigate your way around it and completely understand how to use it.
- I also occasionally print a report that displays in a weird format with regards to column headings and column widths.
Pros
- Excellent user friendly tool with easy to use features.
- The Implementation of HANA is critical for reaching the next level of performance as well. SAP has very good customer service and the free education and learning resources are very useful.
Cons
- This program often crashes or runs very slowly. Its frustrating at times because as we're trying the work, often times i cannot meet my objectives because the client becomes impatient and leaves.
- Can sometimes be very confusing to identify end points of data pulls - from budgets to customers.
