It has been a very good experience since the beginning with the various upgrade.

The support has been very good. My problems have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

It was took difficult to coordinate audio with the BoardVantage meeting.

Nasdaq Boardvantage is a great place to safely and securely house Board of Director materials. The application is very intuitive which makes for easy use of the application either on a laptop or ipad.

It's an excellent product, and I highly recommend it. Also, should a question come up, you can always reach their customer service team, which is excellent.

I love how user friendly this software is and their customer support is great. If I ever have a question, customer support is always available and answers my questions in a very timely manner.

Secure transmitting of info to Board Members is a huge improvement and document managing during a meeting is much improved with the software.

The software has few deficiencies compared to the rival software in the market. The inability to manually rotate individual image pages within the user application is sometimes frustrating.

The fact that there is no field to attach the meeting minutes to the meeting (or only by adding a point to the agenda).

We found this a significant improvement over the leading product in the UK/ Ireland public company market.

In my opinion, it misses an integrated messaging system to communicate with all the members of the board.

The board members like the sistem because it's easy to use and they're free to consult the agenda everywhere at any time.

Meeting book converts landscape documents to portrait which isn't ideal to display spreadsheet type data.

I found the security offering to be better and the software performance to be more robust than other modern applications of similar ease of use/ flexibility.

I like the ability to have all meetings in one place and to be able to toggle between meetings quickly and easily. Have the agenda and minutes in one place reduces my admin time.

Meaning the person should be editor in one group, but only a member in another. Also you cannot add lunch as an agenda item without a number.

The product is easy/ intuitive to use for the administrator - both to add users and to compile the meetings and board papers.
