  • Pros

  • It is very easy to make a process scheme. The options and possiblities to costumize the software is great.
  • Being able to use the software to map live during workshops is incredible and has increased my own productivity immensely.
  • Cons

  • When you want to open an large process is can take several seconds to open the process. And because everything else is fast you start to think there is something wrong but you just have to wait.
  • Therefor I'm able to use the Engae without a lot of support. However, less experienced users find it rather difficult.

  • I love how easy to use and collect safe formstack is. It was easy to navigate and use from the get go.
  • This is a very user friendly way to create a variety of forms - from camp registrations to alumni gatherings to donation sites, this software can help you create pretty much all of it.
  • Cons

  • When all the text is stuck the same size, the question and list of checkbox answers, it is kind of overwhelming, and customers in a hurry get lost and have to go back and re-read.
  • When billing issues arise, we were given no notice, and all forms were shut down and unavailable.
