What a relief to join an organisation with good clear processes for me to follow. Over the years we have loved the updates and improvements which make it easy to use.

Inducting and training new staff simpler and more time-efficient. A useful tool for refining and simplifying business processes.

The software is so easy to use, intuitive, logical & quick. Customer service was fantastic & very friendly to new users, and the short training videos and free webinars are insightful.

Excellent for training manuals and explaining how to do a task.

It is easy to use and works well as an entire system in an organisation. Using the different modules that are available allows Promapp to be integrated well.

Good place to find how to do tasks - relies on staff to enter their procedures. Used mostly for entering complaints and compliments.

Inability to copy and paste or reuse individual activities. Inability to turn hovering display off.

Ease of set up, use and management (Improvements).

They found it hard when one of the end of decision point had to end. Promapp can only map processes with less steps.

I liked that Promapp and other Nintex applications can work together (Workflow and Forms for example) to provide a richer and more productive experience.

Of course you need to map out the process in the format of activities, tasks, notes and attachments first - that's the hardest part. Entering it is quick and easy.

Promapp is very user friendly. The construction of a process is very simple and intuitive, with tags and a description each process can be described exactly.

Processes are easy to map and new users can be quickly integrated into the new system.

Inability to format procedures to visualize what changed from the previous revision. Not able to match up training records with the procedures.

I think that the best thing about Promapp is its simplicity.

However, the speed and bugs in each upgrade for a client hosted version is very frustrating.

More advanced things as process timeframe and costing is possible and made easy.

Hard to write up IF statements. Hard to use the editor - will not allow you to cut and paste tasks.

There is very little I can criticise about this software; the value comes from its content and configuration.

Its exceptionally easy to use, has streamlined our QMS and audits, and is helping identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Promapp is really easy to use and customer friendly. Promapp dashboard is really clear and help all staff to know in just one look what are the items that need their attention.

The interactions and communication allowed by Promapp is a very powerful and valuable tool to involve everyone on the journey to improve our company system.

Really like the interface when you're building a process, it was logical and intuitive.

Linking a process with other processes does not work all the time depending on where the link is placed. Entering Inputs/Outputs is not easy understandable for a user.

That's why most successful programs and software don't require login access when simply sharing something.

I have only used the free trial but thus far it seems like an excellent product though I cannot comment on what the price would be for the full version.

Very cumbersome and multiple navigation screens. It makes user's job very difficult.

Flexibility:  The flexy module helps to build all possible workflows, add additional parameters etc.

Self-service features are available to design workflows, approval on workflows, user defined charts on the go. Integration features with other modules for easy tracking and monitoring.

The product is easy to use, highly configurable & its flexible enough to integrate with any other modules.

A technically very mature system, incredibly powerful, with good scalability, and excellent support.

Excellent Customer Support and Assistance on the tool. The cost-effective solution is as there are exhaustive features available when compared with expensive GRC solutions.

Moreover, the exceptional customer support provided by the Risk Hawk team has been remarkable. They have been incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had along the way.

The experience has been great. The tool has a lot of potential to be used in multiple areas in an organization.
