  • Pros

  • Broadvoice Bhive / Cloud PBX is a great, easy to use UC software application. It's easy for the customer and it's easy for the administrator and/or I.T. person to navigate through and use.
  • Customer service is great. I always speak with friendly and helpful people every time we need help, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who is always prompt with us.
  • Cons

  • We would not receive a response until 7:30p our time and, despite specific instructions to contact my cell, they would call the office and leave a message.
  • I least like their customer service. The customer service reps usually have no idea how to fix the product and most times are downright rude.

  • The user client is easy to use and looks great. The system has been rock solid and I love the architecture with resiliency and cheap redundancy built in from the ground up.
  • Loved the reports it generates, lots of informations and is customizeable to get the info that you are needing.
  • Cons

  • I hate the fact that it goes through the internet, because if your internet goes out, you lose your phone, or if your phones goes out, you lose your other programs.
  • I have tried to chat several times and either the agents don't know how to solve the problem or I keep getting kicked off the chat.
