Some thing the soft ware freeze or kick out of the screen your on. I have this problem  when I am doing line items for PO.

Save time and paper work to manage maintenance assets. I like the option of email remainders  for the pending or due activities.

Poor, weak, disappointing... not even half of the features work properly.

Trace ability to assets, Preventive maintenance tracking, being able to tie inventory to a asset manage inventory alerts when to reorder.

About the only thing I found is some of the  custom reporting features can be a little difficult  to use.

FaciliWorks offers a lot of valuable features at a very reasonable cost. The support is excellent.

Reminded me of an old dialup AOL page or even a microsoft DOS format. It badly needs updating.

It is easy to navigate thru the menus and locate info in many different ways. Anytime i have ever needed help customer support has been very helpful and were able to solve any issue we had.

The customer support beyond the paid service contract was absolutely stopped. It is SAD that you won't provide support for broken software without a paid contract.

E-sig capability for 21 CFR 11 is very seamless and better than most other options. Customer service response time was also pretty good.

We actually lost a Months worth of data when servers failed at their facility. This happened to us twice.

Ease of use after getting set- up , tracking spending on individual assets. PM scheduling , work order service reguest was very easy to set up.

I have been using faciliworks for 2 years, it has been a real asset in maintains PM scheduling also very user friendly for others to reguest service from the maintenance team.

However, we lost data on several instances- once we lost a months' worth of data because the last offsite backup they did was a month ago.

It was easy to implement, easy to understand, they have good staff support, they answer the response quickly.

Its a good database to which documents, procedures and safety instructions can be uploaded. Schedules can be set automatically and has the options to get the needed information by filtering.

Ease in getting historical data of the issue and activities that transpired in an asset registered in Faciliworks.

Too many tabs for adding the same information. Also there is no option for selling an asset only options for inactive, scrap, lost etc.

Some benefits but not all that i wish, but the most important is complete to generate electronic PM's into system with electronic signature.

Over the long term ownership, this path has and will continue to save us in operating costs. It also helps us to proactively identify problems before they cause an outage.

Keeps track of all of my assets very well, has a lot of nice reporting features. Our staff here is limited so the software helps fill that.

Great team, happy to work with them but wish the technology be more up to date and focused on user experience and integration with other systems.

Overall I like the software and it is very reliable.

This software makes it easy to track equipment preventive maintenance and repairs. The reporting tools make it easy to generate customized reports to assess factory performance.

We were on our own is a very short period of time. Love it for what we need, which is a master Cal/PM database.

Easy to use and update as needed. Data load was easy with the help of the MassGroup team.

Hard to navigate and construct reports. Difficult to update comments in some screens.

The team who support us is great, very attentive and easy to work with.

The most difficult part of the software for my team is the local admin for the software sits in another time zone, so we sometimes have a hard time getting what we need from our internal resources.

We used TME to solve our problem of not having a database for our equipment.

Very configurable, excellent customer service/interfacing. We currently utilize inventory and asset module and have found the inventory module more in-line with our needs than the asset module.

The software meets all of our needs and the support team is superb. There are many features that support analyzing and  improving process performance.

Often we have solutions to problems within an hour, especially if we let them know they are critical.

TME has a lot of add on features and is very user friendly.

The ability to generate a report for almost any data is also a big positive.
