A good fundamental CMMS tool for maintenance tracking and reporting, suitable for companies that have less complexity in process.

I know this seems petty, but we are not sitting at a desk in an office.

Easy to Use, Integration is easy, reports are customized.

Pricing is excellent, support is top notch and the system covers all levels of inventory management. The customer service and IT support that fixd offers is unlike many other programs I have used.

Better use of major component entry, be nice if inputted costs for items auto populated when creating PO's.

Highly effective in supporting our five wind farms operations. Great app that is simple but effective.

Hopefully in the future we will integrate our systems.

Fixd is a great way to keep track of inventory.

Keeping track of time and parts can be a pain in the hind end. That was before Fixd, now all of this is a piece of cake.

Fixd is fantastic in its simplicity and easy to roll out to new team members. I have used this platform with a past employer and was pleased to adopt Fixd as our CMMS with Goldwind.

A solid and uncluttered tool that is feature rich.

Its pretty good to use in general, usually the updates  are for the better once you get your head around them.

Good easy to use, app is usefull, drop down menus are good.

The largest aggravation of Fixd is its inability to have the documentation reached through mobile devices.

How easy and intuitive it is to create and work with Tasks and also the support team who are always ready to help.

Fixd documentation will occasionally have data corruption issues and although they are quickly addressed by the Fixd team, this is frustrating.

Easy to operate and user friendly. Good on creating task, Inventory system.

Does not work well on mobile devices. There isn't even a mobile optimized view that would make using a mobile browser so much easier.

New version is worse than old, no spell chheck.

I've been using it for maintenance, asset, and inventory control and it helps me to make strategic decisions on budget and time planning.

Great team, happy to work with them but wish the technology be more up to date and focused on user experience and integration with other systems.

Overall I like the software and it is very reliable.

This software makes it easy to track equipment preventive maintenance and repairs. The reporting tools make it easy to generate customized reports to assess factory performance.

We were on our own is a very short period of time. Love it for what we need, which is a master Cal/PM database.

Easy to use and update as needed. Data load was easy with the help of the MassGroup team.

Hard to navigate and construct reports. Difficult to update comments in some screens.

The team who support us is great, very attentive and easy to work with.

The most difficult part of the software for my team is the local admin for the software sits in another time zone, so we sometimes have a hard time getting what we need from our internal resources.

Very configurable, excellent customer service/interfacing. We currently utilize inventory and asset module and have found the inventory module more in-line with our needs than the asset module.

The software meets all of our needs and the support team is superb. There are many features that support analyzing and  improving process performance.

Often we have solutions to problems within an hour, especially if we let them know they are critical.

TME has a lot of add on features and is very user friendly.

The ability to generate a report for almost any data is also a big positive.
