I would describe this software as organized and simple. Being an electrical contractor the ease of converting this program into what I need was easy.

A quick customized estimate is the only thing that a small contractor would need. This is neat and reliable.

Reports page needs more options. You should be able to put the disclaimer, project disruption etc.

How much faster it is to put accurate estimates together. I also like ability to adjust the labor rates and hourly multiplier for bigger crews.

Standard Sections as reusable components on top of those parts makes it easy to create any estimate from scratch.

One of the cons is that they charged 59 for every  user, they should have a group rate.

I like the way the Remodelmax cost database  is organized with parts grouped into categories and subcategories.

It integrates with QuickBooks and allows users to export project estimates and customer information into the system. It also relies on the RemodelMAX database for material and labor cost information.
