How hard it is to assign someone training and when i hit the home button it does nothing.

The chat box references that specific question. I also like the ability to jump right to any question that was not validated, so I didn't have to keep scrolling through the entire questionnaire.

People working at the customer service are great.

You can switch to french and English only by a click. Great support and quick in, both language.

The customer service is impeccable. We are also lucky to be supported by a great team at our Client (Bell).

I always print a copy off all the the trainings at the beginning of each months and there was no indication that the training was about to expired.

Zero benefit for a contractor... that's a painful obligation costing a lot to just suffer.

We don't get into the software very often so it can be confusing from time to time to find what we want to achieve.

Entering in the information for qualification is very easy. I like the chat boxes at every question as this saves typing all the question information when we had an inquiry.

The customer services is absolutely great. Cognibox is strongly supportive from the implementation to contractor support.

Very user friendly compared to others and the fact that  the informations is transferred and we don't need to constantly update for every customer or other.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

The ease and user-friendliness of it. It’s definitely a great software to use for reconciling important information.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

I am currently shopping for a different software and will be moving all my clients to that. I am extremely disappointed in the approach that was taken to hurt small businesses.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

The best part about QuickBooks was that it was online and we had the ability to work even though we were not on the office premises and it allowed us to work efficiently and effectively.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.
