It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

If you could get the innovative nature of Salesforce to your business you would get amazing talent collection to your organizations.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

So popular and so powerful for small business  is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy  to use.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

It was pretty easy to use. Once you get the hang of it it can be used to your advantage.

Flexibility in structure and customization, ease of incorporating transfer vehicles such as Harmon.ie, One Note in use is nice.

Although it has taken a little time to get our partners (GC's, Architects, Other Consultants) to understand the tool and how to use it - it has been worth the investment in time.

File structure and initial setup for specific projects can be a bit cumbersome. This may be a collaborative effect as much as anything, not sure.

After years of trying to handling everything with a spreadsheet and Emails we realized that it was slow and certain death for all of us.

But with understanding the product and having wonderful customer support, VPO has been a great addition to my projects.

It's pretty user friendly and is still a work in progress.

I am just not very computer literate so I get frustrated sometimes with software programs I am unfamiliar with and do not use often enough.

Website worked well when internet connection was not at a premium.

Only Con would be a bit slow some days on updating , when i write a PO or change order.

Hard to navigate and jump back to a previous screen. Making a lot of changes freezes the system.

So far we are very pleased with the VPO application. We are reviewing a quote to implement the product internally for our company.

Morgan has been steadily growing for some time, but recently we have experienced explosive growth.

For example, copying and pasting multiple emails should take seconds, however with VPO we are restricted to adding emails individually.

Easy to use, navigate, log in to. The search bar is invaluable to me. I love that I can store and sort my documents and grant permission to whoever I want or not grant permission.

The only thing that I could possibly complain about is that the setup process up front does take some time.

I have briefly used it as a CM, and I feel like the program we have is very good for what we need it for. The support team is great and they work hard to solve the issue.

The program is very easy to learn & easy to use. Integrates well with other MIcrosoft apps.

Since I was not in an administrator role on the VPO my range of use was limited.

Saving time by using VPO. The automation is great.

As a CM group, we need particular workflows and modules for our work that a Contractor or a Developer wouldn't have. It is great to have exactly what I need and want.

Our team needed a platform that we could use to provide consistent delivery of capital projects AND the most important aspect was to track the budgets by integrating our SAP data into the tool.

It's inexpensive compared to others out there and the best part is it's totally customizable, so it's set up exactly how I want it for maximum ease of use and efficiency on my projects.
