  • Pros

  • Another feature I like a lot is the Favorites Bar. Spectrum is very broad and the Favorites Bar makes it very easy to quickly assess certain features of Spectrum that are specific to your role.
  • It's practical, there are a lot of short cuts that can be used like starring your favorite menus items. The reporting options are great.
  • Cons

  • We are either forced to switch to the cloud and pay a significantly higher price each year or miss out on all of the new features of Spectrum.
  • Customer support is very frustrating and does not provide timely assistance.

  • Also, the support team is VERY good. Usually very quick and to the point helpful answers.
  • COINS had a thorough understanding of the construction industry and the product reflects it. COINS has excellent technical support - tickets logged are resolved quickly.
  • Cons

  • I also do not believe that we should have to pay to have a report made or modified, that we are paying the bi-annual license fees and have already paid for the program itself.
  • Specifically for our company it has been hard to manage.
