YetiForce works perfectly and I have never had any big issues. They seem to make it better and better with each new release.

If your business is small like mine, you can slim it down to suit your needs. Highly customizable with a very large and supportive community.

Totally, it's an excellent web application that might be used by anyone in different disciplines such as end-user, administrator, and developer.

What I like about Yetiforce, is that although it is a free download tool, it is very complete and intuitive.

There is no usermanual at this moment, and the PDF module is not that extended. Sometimes it's hard to upgrade the system to a new version.

Feature rich, easy to customize, ability to create your own modules, fast loading (no shaky screen transitions like my old vtiger used to do), superbly integrated with components such as Roundcube.

It is a decent application that requires no subscription or license fees. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a reliable open source CRM.

It's open source and built with PHP and Mysql, so can easily setup on your on localhost or your remote server, and any other platforms that supports Apache.

It's fast even when you are handling huge database. Moreover, it is clear and coherent and for the above mentioned reasons it has been a great support for us.

YetiForce is an all-in-one solution and still remains free. When I first found YetiForce I wasn't sure how good a free CRM can be judging from my previous experience but I was pleasantly surprised.

It's very user friendly and easy to navigate, you can customize pretty much anything you want. You get exactly what they promise - a complete and fully functional system for free.

It is easy to set up and use,  nice GUI, excellent and elastic support. They can implement custom module for You.

There is no complete manual guide, only depends on issues posted on github.

It increased efficiency for accounting and project related processes, and saved us a significant amount of money.

Offline installation, safe code, many many many features (you're good when you use 10% of them), nice responsive interface, e-mail integration, customization, ease of maintenance and backup.

Strange to have a GDPR module for Europe but no EU currency.

Great support and customer service, including awesome inbuilt help features.

Nothing, I am new to GR so alot of my problems are more about me being new to it, than anything wrong with the software.

No direct API as of yet between Greenrope software and my ticketing platform (not TM or Pac), though they do have APIs with other providers.

What I love most about this software is that it has a lot of information stored in it and it is extremely easy to use.

After eliminating several subscriptions, we find ourselves at a net savings in software spend as well.

They have each helped me at various stages in implementing marketing funnels for my client. They are very responsive and I can always count on them to help me get things to the finish line.

First of all, I am a huge fan of Greenrope's chat feature. The team is always very helpful and patient to help resolve any issues you face.

It replaced the horrible infusionsoft product and its terrible customer service.

Customer service is outstanding and they respond quickly. If not for the support team i would probably shop around for another system.

Sometimes the character indicator is wrong...it indicates a minimum or maximum account but then it doesn't recognize it and gives an error. Not a huge problem but it is an issue sometimes.

A little unintuitive in terms of the operation. Still is a little difficult to extract detailed member management information for sales people.

The email templates and tracking capabilities are the features that I have used and like most. Its great to be able to quickly see who has responded and what they responded to.

My team appreciates operating from one dashboard and the reduction in manual processes (and follow up from me:) around day to day customer service and project management.
