Pros
- We were switching ERP systems and implementing a website integration at the same time. BlueLink staff were great in making this as seamless as possible during the transition.
- Extremely Reliable & user friendly program - Maintenance Free- gives you time to grow your business without having any software issues. Always incorporating upgrades to improve the program.
Cons
- By no means am I suggesting it is flawed, but because of the custom work we have implemented, we do encounter small issues on the rare occasion.
- The only limit is when you are on the hosted plan, the blue link instance can be a bit wonky, sometimes timing out, freezing, etc.
Pros
- Mountain Stream team is very responsive and provides very good support, both technical and friendly.
- Easy integration with our accounts software, production forecast, live stock take, customer service, recipe costing.
Cons
- So far, very little has been problematic , as long as you understand the point of it , it is not an entire POS system but specifically for production management & invoicing.
- The company had very poor communication, ignored problems that were encountered. The company sent random invoices, disconnected service & tried to charge $110 to reconnect.
