I was very happy with the thoughtful systems software program. It was easy to use and understand and their customer service was always great.

It has so many features which save us time, like the automatic credit card processing and the Hopstop interface, the e-mail capability, amongst others.

I love that Thoughtful Systems will customize documents for me to say and look how I want them to.

Finally, unit, system and integration testing needs to be much better.

Also, we appreciate the fact that we can get custom modifications made at a reasonable cost when we need them.

The platform is very stable and we save hundreds of hours each year by having a one stop shop for our customer service and tracking needs.

It s also a plus that we could ask Thoughtful for customizations when we needed them, and they provided them to us at a reasonable cost.

It is easy to use and very straight forward. It has lots of great functionality to make the business workflow without a complication.

Covers everything we need and is quite fast. This enables us to get the job done efficiently.

Making changes was a bit difficult. If I had someone on the schedule and needed to reverse and place someone else in that spot, there seemed to be an unneccessarily large number of steps to do so.

If you try it do not go over your 30 day trial period no matter what they tell you. Get anything theypromise in writing.

There is a fee for that of course, but I believe they are one of the only companies, if not THE only company, that offers that. Thoughtful Systems really makes keeping the schedule organized a breeze.

It really keeps everything organized and running smoothly. I love the feedback forms and appointment reminder feature, processing of credit cards, and being able to email clients in one shot.

We research 5 different products and Scheduling Manager was by far the best. A good system for a growing business.

It s great that you can get started with an inexpensive version and then upgrade as you grow to more and more sophisticated versions, with more features, and allowing more users, etc.

I have a team for servicing my clients. It gives me good control on resource deployment and for the guys in the filed it has all required information on hand.

Basic modules are easily upgraded to individual modules so that I don't waste money on things I don't use and won't use. Customer services response is very quick.

Its great practical features and user UI with every conceivable information capturing fields. We now have all the required information and its availability at the right place.

Sometimes Recurring charges are too high other than these high charges, its all good.

The ability to track and the response rates that are associated with the software is great. You can assign projects and then track how the project is coming along.

The admin platform and field platform are easy to access. The creation of service requests by the customers and ability to create work tickets from that is easy to do.

It would be make our operations much better if an interactive client interface could be provided.

Updating pages is a little slow but not so much that I wouldn't recommend. Slight language barrier on the phone but was able to get the information I needed.

Overall this is a great system. It needs a little tweaking to make it more user friendly but generally it is easy to use and maintain.
