Anytime we have had an issue with it being down or slow the response has been very quick and the issues are resolved quickly.

Great platform and service for saving money  on chargebacks.

You have little time to respond and the hard copy doesn't arrive til it is either due or almost due.

I like the dashboards and simplified layout that has sections for each of the types of things that Midigator handles for us.

I don't like that the CB Rates shown are not the CB rates shown or calculated using the transaction counts in the processor portals.

It's very efficient, easy, helpful and understandable.

It helps keep a good grasp on how things are going and the impact that Midigator is having on our business.

Being able to forecast chargebacks for the month have been great.

Integration with Midigator is easy and once it's established you have access to their full suite of services and reporting without any additional development effort.

Instead our CRM transaction data is used and I'm not sure why since it's less accurate due to a time lag.

The interface with this software is extremely user friendly.

Software was easy to use once set up and getting around inside the software was simple and self explanatory.
