Some faults in sending over files and them getting uploaded but some details missing. Does not have Regulatory Reporting yet.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.
