The reports we generate are fantastic. So much easier to track vehicle mileage, fuel costs and maintenance.

I'm not sure if this is more of an Agile issue, or how we do things on our end, but billing always seems to take longer than I think it should.

Ease of use, quality of staff and assistance and the design of the software.

We greatly increased our utilization and lowered our capital cost. Any time there is an issue they are willing to assist quickly and effectively.

The best feature of FleetCommander is the fleet view screen that shows vehicle use and availability in a grid for a two week time frame. Users can change the view to an hourly view as well.

Reports are built with efficiency, maintenance is able to be well documented, and my users are pleased with the ease of use.

Cons: the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu  UDC's have a problem communicating due to the ECO engine.

The ease of use in setting up the program, which can be changed if there are different administrators over the years.

The dashboard of FleetCommander is also a favorite for our team. With alert notices on reservation requests or vehicles, it helps our team communicate easily over multiple shifts.

I am very impressed with the ease of use / the ability to access information quickly and the accuracy of the information obtained.

At times there is connection problems between the kiosk and control pc.

Up until recently it did not work well on IOS but that was fixed.

The maintenance control and the maintenance documentation is really a great tool that helps me.

They listen to our needs and help us find solutions to the challenges we face. They have helped us to integrate other systems to improve our workflow.

Following some conversations and a product demonstration, it became clear to me that FleetCommander would seamlessly automate and integrate our vehicle maintenance and reservations.

The Fleet Commander Software is easy to use and customers and staff love the system.

Customer service and support and specially no management to see why this case number is issued and nobody fixed the problem from past two months yet.

When we first started using Fleet Complete there were regular service outages that were frustrating.

The app had many delays and lagged. It was slow to catch up.

The initial meeting with the account managers here at my office was great, the software was equally amazing.

Ease of use, easy-to-setup, easy to maintain (adding drivers & vehicles & points of interest),easy to teach other to use it.

The product is decent albeit basic and outdated but for our needs it works. The account and product support is horrendous and in all honesty is teetering on the edge of fraud.

We choose fleet complete because they were affiliate with AT&T wireless who has provided excellent communication service for our company since  2007.

After signing contract the customer service was horrible. SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] refused to call me back on numerous occasions.

This is very useful for us to keep up with all the technicians we have. The Breadcrumb feature is the most helpful when tracking a tech.

Had to rate the software when I was lied to and it isn't providing the service as advertised.

The setup and ease of use. The customer support is amazing as well.

Is ok but need more improvement to be more smoothly. I like it any way because I can see where are my teams.

There is no quick refresh to update fleet positions. And you can’t zoom in and out with mouse.

Fleet Complete is an organization committed to customer service and overcoming any challenges thrown their way. Overall they have found ways to meet the challenges we have thrown at them.

I love the easy setup and the administration side of the software.

I had a defective Device; Tech Support took me in circles for 5 months with no replacement device.

We use to be able to check in on drivers while on the go but since Fleet Complete completely ruined their mobile app the service is nearly worthless to us.

The customer service, sales department, billing department are beyond awful. None of them know what the other is doing.

The customer service was very helpful and accessible. The real-time tracking is on point and the maps are great.

Before we switched I enjoyed it and it worked well to keep track of and locate assets during the day.

Customer service lacks basic training in that they do not know their own product or how to fix it. Your new software has been a failure.

The sensors are not adjustable by the user. The technical support was horrendous.

Completely dropping the ball and blaming the other departments. Don't waste your time or money  - pick another company.

Will be asking for a refund for the time we have had this problem. Maybe this review will get someone's attention that can actually push some buttons and get this issue fixed.
