The reports we generate are fantastic. So much easier to track vehicle mileage, fuel costs and maintenance.

I'm not sure if this is more of an Agile issue, or how we do things on our end, but billing always seems to take longer than I think it should.

Ease of use, quality of staff and assistance and the design of the software.

We greatly increased our utilization and lowered our capital cost. Any time there is an issue they are willing to assist quickly and effectively.

The best feature of FleetCommander is the fleet view screen that shows vehicle use and availability in a grid for a two week time frame. Users can change the view to an hourly view as well.

Reports are built with efficiency, maintenance is able to be well documented, and my users are pleased with the ease of use.

Cons: the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu  UDC's have a problem communicating due to the ECO engine.

The ease of use in setting up the program, which can be changed if there are different administrators over the years.

The dashboard of FleetCommander is also a favorite for our team. With alert notices on reservation requests or vehicles, it helps our team communicate easily over multiple shifts.

I am very impressed with the ease of use / the ability to access information quickly and the accuracy of the information obtained.

At times there is connection problems between the kiosk and control pc.

Up until recently it did not work well on IOS but that was fixed.

The maintenance control and the maintenance documentation is really a great tool that helps me.

They listen to our needs and help us find solutions to the challenges we face. They have helped us to integrate other systems to improve our workflow.

Following some conversations and a product demonstration, it became clear to me that FleetCommander would seamlessly automate and integrate our vehicle maintenance and reservations.

The Fleet Commander Software is easy to use and customers and staff love the system.

Many different features. Easy to use and great customer service if you have any difficulty.

What I like the most is fleetio go the mobile app. I love because all my employees can do there vehicle inspections from their company phone.

The software is really easy to use, and the support staff is quick to help when you get stuck.

When looking at a specific vehicle, there are no arrows to go back to move on to the next vehicle.

Its been great, if we need help they are there, if we have an issue they have been there.

The fuel card integration has never worked for me. Honestly it is probably an operator error on my end, but i would say that was my only bad experience trying to get that to link up to Fleetcor.

The team is exceptionally helpful, and often reaches out if there's any part of the tool that could be used better to maximize your investment.

I am struggling to think of anything that I would perceive as a Con of this company and its software.

Very robust platform - covers all of our needs - at a fair price.

Very good functionality. Good Reporting and great management tool for a company with filed mechanics.

We like the customization of the DVIR features. Being able to create our own inspections has been great.

Overall, great product and great sales & service team. I would recommend to anyone trying to find an all-encompassing fleet management software.

We love having all of our fleet information in the one place. It's very user friendly and easy to update information on the fly.

User granulation is the best in kind. Excellent API documentation.

The integration with fuel card vendors can be frustrating in the fact that it always imports odometer readings.

It is very easy to use, it works  with our fuel cards to track mileage that helps with our maintenance schedules, registrations, inspections.

Adding scheduled service reminders to the equation will also help us be more proactive with our fleet maintenance and save us money on costly repairs down the road.

With data being used more on  decisions than ever before Fleetio continues to be a great tool in that respect.

Software is great and integrates with telematics solutions really well.

We have a 22 car fleet for technicians, the drivers keep them from cradle to grave.

Using Fleetio for nonprofit disaster response fleet.

Inability to link parts with service tasks (this is elementary stuff).

My overall experience with Fleetio has been great. From sales to onboarding, everything has been simple and required little assistance.

Coming from spreadsheet/ paper records, ease of use was a must have for us. Both the web and app platforms are very simple to use and very easy customize.

Ability to develop useful reports and mobile app which integrates every user in a friendly interface.

Fleetio helps keep track of maintenance for our fleet. It does not have everything we wanted, but the customer service and benefits in other areas were enough for us to give them a shot.

The ease of use, setting up users, and the VIN decode is so much easier than inputting all the information manually.

Realistically I love everything that Fleetio has to offer. What I love most about it is the inspection form workflow.

I also stand better chance at catching warranty repairs and not spending money when we don't need to.
