The reports we generate are fantastic. So much easier to track vehicle mileage, fuel costs and maintenance.

I'm not sure if this is more of an Agile issue, or how we do things on our end, but billing always seems to take longer than I think it should.

Ease of use, quality of staff and assistance and the design of the software.

The only fault I can see is that users must enter every part number and part separately. This is a tedious but necessary part of keeping fleet maintenance updated.

We greatly increased our utilization and lowered our capital cost. Any time there is an issue they are willing to assist quickly and effectively.

The best feature of FleetCommander is the fleet view screen that shows vehicle use and availability in a grid for a two week time frame. Users can change the view to an hourly view as well.

Reports are built with efficiency, maintenance is able to be well documented, and my users are pleased with the ease of use.

Cons: the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu  UDC's have a problem communicating due to the ECO engine.

The ease of use in setting up the program, which can be changed if there are different administrators over the years.

The dashboard of FleetCommander is also a favorite for our team. With alert notices on reservation requests or vehicles, it helps our team communicate easily over multiple shifts.

I am very impressed with the ease of use / the ability to access information quickly and the accuracy of the information obtained.

At times there is connection problems between the kiosk and control pc.

Up until recently it did not work well on IOS but that was fixed.

The maintenance control and the maintenance documentation is really a great tool that helps me.

They listen to our needs and help us find solutions to the challenges we face. They have helped us to integrate other systems to improve our workflow.

Following some conversations and a product demonstration, it became clear to me that FleetCommander would seamlessly automate and integrate our vehicle maintenance and reservations.

The Fleet Commander Software is easy to use and customers and staff love the system.

Billing is a little confusing when you are new.

Additionally , multi screen display function helps with routing process , to minimize ping pong routing and back tracking.

Webpage on the iPhone is sometimes hard to use.

So pulling over or into a parking lot can really confuse some drivers when they goto leave to know which direction they should head if their not experienced on that area.

It likes to plot addresses that are on the corner on the wrong street.

Better yet, they never stop improving the software. The pace at which they roll out new features was amazing.

There is no other tool that provides nearly as many features as GroundCloud.

This softwares makes all drivers have the ability to a seamless day. Easy to use and implement, plus great bonus programs for fleet management.

We have recommended it to everyone we interact with in our industry.

A must if you want maximize all aspects of your operation.

This software helps us manage multiple routes spread out across states. We always have a pulse on our business and have built our entire business processes around this tool.

Occasionally multiple stops at 1 location will only show as one stop. Causing me to have to go back.

This is by far the best routing software with all the features and everything you can do within the application.

The map and navigation of this platform is important because my drivers can see every stop on the map and navigate to it in a second. The product is super easy to use.

The integration processes with my ground cloud was extremely easy.

Really nothing I can think of has a negative impact on the operation of my business.

They worked with contractors to understand the needs and are outstanding at creating solutions. It is real bargain for the amount of features and benefits that come with the program.

My experience has been fantastic. As I mentioned,, there isn't much I don't use or like about Groundcloud.

I like the fact that your routes are easy to see and easy to set up for a driver. Helps the onboarding process of new drivers so much.

That itself pays for the subscription. Unmatched customer service as well.

Sometimes the pop ups get annoying. But I do get the option to not see them again.

The integration has been solid. I love the ability to not only track location but delivery progress of my team or in the field.

Groundcloud is ever evolving, so this is a difficult one to answer.

I think that is a feature now of the Pro version. Cons are hard to come by.

You can use it anywhere. If you deliver in a unknown area, Groundcloud helps you get the job done.

Very user friendly, good instruction and very easy to follow along.

It makes training new hires much more efficiently, safely, and quickly. Helps all drivers simplify their routes to run them as best as possible for them.

The list quite honestly goes on and on and on and on.

Right now everything is catered to a company level, which sometimes doesn't lend well to larger organizations.

I view them as a valuable partner in my business. The team is great and [sensitive content hidden] is a great leader who I feel has our best interest at heart.

I couldn't imagine operating our businesses without this tool. It is/was a true game changer in our industry.
