The reports we generate are fantastic. So much easier to track vehicle mileage, fuel costs and maintenance.

I'm not sure if this is more of an Agile issue, or how we do things on our end, but billing always seems to take longer than I think it should.

Ease of use, quality of staff and assistance and the design of the software.

The only fault I can see is that users must enter every part number and part separately. This is a tedious but necessary part of keeping fleet maintenance updated.

We greatly increased our utilization and lowered our capital cost. Any time there is an issue they are willing to assist quickly and effectively.

The best feature of FleetCommander is the fleet view screen that shows vehicle use and availability in a grid for a two week time frame. Users can change the view to an hourly view as well.

Reports are built with efficiency, maintenance is able to be well documented, and my users are pleased with the ease of use.

Cons: the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu  UDC's have a problem communicating due to the ECO engine.

The ease of use in setting up the program, which can be changed if there are different administrators over the years.

The dashboard of FleetCommander is also a favorite for our team. With alert notices on reservation requests or vehicles, it helps our team communicate easily over multiple shifts.

I am very impressed with the ease of use / the ability to access information quickly and the accuracy of the information obtained.

At times there is connection problems between the kiosk and control pc.

Up until recently it did not work well on IOS but that was fixed.

The maintenance control and the maintenance documentation is really a great tool that helps me.

They listen to our needs and help us find solutions to the challenges we face. They have helped us to integrate other systems to improve our workflow.

The Fleet Commander Software is easy to use and customers and staff love the system.

10 mins to a max of 24 hours to resolve issues is outstanding. The per month cost vs. the all the functions beats any software I have ever used.

This software is so flexible and robust. The learning curve is a little bit higher than with a simpler product, but your company is worth it.

Movegistics customer service is great, very important to have help when an issue arises. Also they keep they system up to date as the industry changes.

Any trouble we have, customer service addresses these issues.

I use to print and send out estimates via word doc. And had no way of really keeping up with who is calling or details about upcoming moves, or a professional way to send estimates.

This software is very easy to use and customer service team is very responsive. Overall highly recommended for startups.

I love moves just text and will not use anyone else. They are amazing at helping with every question I have an always following up.

Look at Office Auto Pilot. I have used them in the past and they have what seems to be a fantastic platform that would really help to integrate.

This thing is super flexible and I am super happy with my investment with Movegistics.

It is important to me to get superb customer service Adarsh and his team knock this one out of the park. This software is the best in the industry look no further.

The only con i would say is there are minor issues i run into that a simple page refresh fixes, other then that no major problems.
