The reports we generate are fantastic. So much easier to track vehicle mileage, fuel costs and maintenance.

I'm not sure if this is more of an Agile issue, or how we do things on our end, but billing always seems to take longer than I think it should.

Ease of use, quality of staff and assistance and the design of the software.

The only fault I can see is that users must enter every part number and part separately. This is a tedious but necessary part of keeping fleet maintenance updated.

We greatly increased our utilization and lowered our capital cost. Any time there is an issue they are willing to assist quickly and effectively.

The best feature of FleetCommander is the fleet view screen that shows vehicle use and availability in a grid for a two week time frame. Users can change the view to an hourly view as well.

Reports are built with efficiency, maintenance is able to be well documented, and my users are pleased with the ease of use.

Cons: the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu  UDC's have a problem communicating due to the ECO engine.

The ease of use in setting up the program, which can be changed if there are different administrators over the years.

The dashboard of FleetCommander is also a favorite for our team. With alert notices on reservation requests or vehicles, it helps our team communicate easily over multiple shifts.

I am very impressed with the ease of use / the ability to access information quickly and the accuracy of the information obtained.

At times there is connection problems between the kiosk and control pc.

Up until recently it did not work well on IOS but that was fixed.

The maintenance control and the maintenance documentation is really a great tool that helps me.

They listen to our needs and help us find solutions to the challenges we face. They have helped us to integrate other systems to improve our workflow.

Following some conversations and a product demonstration, it became clear to me that FleetCommander would seamlessly automate and integrate our vehicle maintenance and reservations.

The Fleet Commander Software is easy to use and customers and staff love the system.

We also use the TomTom integration to get call info to our drivers and our radios are hardly ever used anymore. Tracker is always on top of updates and keeps us running as smooth as possible.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Tracker. The support team we had was amazing and always able to solve our issues quickly.

After eleven years of trying I am still frustrated with tracker.

Easy to input and software works amazing for our needs and our lot as in inventory. Love the picture caption for impounds.

Representative are the best. He will work with you to figure out any issue you may have until it is solved.

Very easy to find customer that you are looking for. Dispatch part is wonderful enter once do not have to enter again.

It has definitely allowed for efficiency and everything is in black and white!!! The Tracker staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful. Best move we've made for the business thus far.

Easy to use and the quick key functions are great and makes the software more accessible. Has a variety of search functions.

It is easy to use, if an issue does arise they are quick to respond, very friendly and knowledgeable.

I tried to close a month and a year lost both, Scared to try again. Tried to change some short codes won't let me says invoices are out there and there are none.

I deal with alot of vehicles being a college town. I would be lost with out it.

Trying to teach some of my guys to use this. With this software, that problem no longer exists.

Their customer support is very good and the software is working great. The reports help us run our day to day business and some of the new upgrades are helping us be very efficient.

Tracker's ease of use is excellent, and their program is feature rich with features that actually make a difference.

I'll be brutally honest, it was a rough transition at first for a company that had been utilizing old paper run sheets and invoices for many years.

Today it is frustrating. Tracker has no traditional database.

Has been hassle free,, Staff has been supportive answering questions and concerns,,,pretty smooth once I set it up to my needs.

What we enjoy most about the software is that it can be customized. We also enjoy that the program is integrated with Quickbooks which is our main accounting software.
