Work orders separate from engineering orders and even if you change them from one to the other they get lost in maximo purgatory.

The user interface is confusing when attempting to learn how the program functions; modules have similar features, but not all of them are intuitive.

Waiting until the implementation partner is onside is a recipe for disaster and getting a product that won't seem to meet your needs.

Expensive but get what you pay for. Can be confused by all of the bells and whistles when learning functionalities for the first time.

Companies use it for show no  for work because it takes to long to learn it and if you have a problem with it your stuck. Labor intense system others can do with petty cash funds.

Very difficult to add any other search when inside of your inventory. Has about as much intuitiveness built in to it as a rock has.

To get the most out of Maximo carefully plan the structure of your asset and location heirarchy and ensure every asset is included.

The other thing that really impressed me was that for what you pay, you receive free feature-rich firmware and software updates to your equipment during the life of your contract.

There ELS picks up violations in elog and no one able to remove the violation.

We have been very happy with Customer service. The Cameras are very clear with good night vision as well.

Since everyone has begun working from home and remotely, customer service has suffered and response time from email is very lacking, and when they do its the same scripted reply's.
