Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Lovely user interface. The customer support is very responsive and helpful. API is easy to integrate.

  • Route Optimization Ability to route from a remote location User Friendly Ease of Accessibility Love the ability to add comments into a specific stop for any issues that may have arrived.

  • Cons

  • Only able to approve 3 days out, however this would not be a concern for most other users. We have pre-planned delivery orders so customers must place their order 4 days in advance.

  • Takes some time getting used to it and navigating your way around. payroll etc isnt open to uk users

  • Pros

  • Easy to navigate, easy to use for me and my drivers.

  • The ease of use on both the back and front end of Whip Around has made it a breeze to implement and our drivers have had no trouble getting used to it. Customer service has been excellent.

  • Cons

  • The system some times forgets to send emails when the drivers are done there inspection. Other than that is works well. So far.

  • Being a small company it was extremely easy to set up but I could see how it could be tedious for bigger fleets.
