  • Pros

  • The functionalities are well explained and easy to use across the team with reduced learning time.
  • A great tool for effective customer management. It is very important for any business or brand to adequately interact with their customers and therefore be able to convey their idea.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes when the App not find an internet connection and goes offline, it is impossibile to use it unless you do a forced quit and restart the App.
  • Most of my complaints have been resolved by the Deskero team customizing the platform to meet our needs.

  • The easy of deployment, integration, scalability and access to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has me convinced this is a great opportunity.
  • I have only been testing the new chatbot for a short period, but so far I'm really impressed the UX behind this. A lot of great templates with useful flows.
  • Cons

  • Ticketing UI is a bit messy. You can’t minimize or hide your ticket list (the left sidebar) and it takes a lot of screen area.
  • This is mildly annoying. Also, as an admin, if I want to view things as another agent, I have to log out and log back in as that agent.
