  • Pros

  • I liked the ability to put notes virtually everywhere, and it was very easy to keep track of guest issues within the software. Inventory was accurate and the check in process is seamless.
  • And the tech support is very responsive. The variety or stock reports is very good for accounting purposes.
  • Cons

  • No real 24 hr support without fees. Cant even upload a support ticket on the weekends or overnight which is kinda ridiculous.
  • Non-active history can be annoying and cumbersome.

  • The calendar was useful. Was also nice that the direct booking was options were managed on the same extranet.
  • Ease of access for customers that can easily use computer software.
  • Cons

  • Charged per connection, and per booking. As if OTA commissions weren't enough to pay for, we had to pay to use the connect the OTA.
  • Doesn't support business intelligence report such as Rate 360, Agency 360.
