  • Pros

  • The ease of use and setup of Ally has been great. Being able to connect to both Salesforce and Tableau has been one of the biggest benefits along with checking in through Slack.
  • Seamless integration with all of the systems we already use like Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, Hub Spot and many others.
  • Cons

  • The delegation to fill up some OKR for other is not so user-friendly and you can be stuck when you want to update the objective for someone else.
  • Weird UI, I am constantly struggling with it. It needs to be significantly easier to setup and manage OKRs, users and team branches in the tool.

  • Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.
  • Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.
  • Cons

  • Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.
  • I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.
