We saved a little bit of money, gained the support we needed, were able to streamline the close of payroll periods, and can process payroll much quicker.

Lack of training classes - it's all online videos.

The recruiting feature is collects good data, candidates are able to complete the application.

The customer service for Ascentis is absolutely non-existent. It was so terrible that I had to send an email to the CEO and other members of the C-Suite to get my issues addressed.

Go with the easiest to use. HR systems can be complicated, but if it's user friendly, it can be your best friend.

I have now had two zero-error payrolls; I had to make up mistakes to learn how to do that piece. We are likely adding Tax very soon, and anticipate adding Time later this year.

So far i think it is a good system for the most part but it needa some work definitely.

The ChartHop Org chart feature has been fantastic for our company.

Org chart is great and easy to find what I want to see. It is also easy to set objectives for quarter.

I think sometimes the zooming/ scrolling with the mouse function can be hard to control but that is really the only negative I can think of.

The organizational chart it's hard to scroll or zoom in zoom out.

The dashboard is showing very good functionalities like birthdays and anniversaries.

Everything is organized very clearly and easy to navigate. It's very helpful, especially to understand levels of management within your company with the interactive flow charts.

Overall pretty good, the pros definitely outweigh the cons and I think the ease of use is pretty good.

I am fan of the new 'map' feature which has been great as the company moved to remote.

Sometimes we thought there was something missing, but usually upon further examination, the feature was actually there we just didn't know it.
