Excellent user experience with strong customer support.

The account management team really helps you to understand the tool and how to best maximize for your specific business need. The platform just keeps getting better and better each year.

The system can be completely customized so it may sometimes be difficult to get started because there are so many options.

We do not know we have certain features (and it only takes them a minute to enable it) until we ask or raise a struggle to Avature. Could be a frustrating experience.

Very little to dislike, perhaps could be structured slightly differently for an RPO provider that manage multiple client work within one instance.

The system also integrates well with our employee management system for onboarding management.

Navigation was very confusing. It was difficult to find some of the functionality I was looking for, so ultimately I just limited myself to the few tasks I knew how to complete in the platform.

Avature- a great option for candidate tracking and management.

The product is very easy to use, it states  on which stage each candidate is. It brings clarity to the team.

One of the better ATS’s I had ever used. Very easy to input candidates and jobs, very versatile in managing the candidate pool and connecting them to current jobs.

Powerful drag and drop builder. Easy and very reliable to use and tagging of candidate's skill feature is awesome.

There is no need for 3 part apps, with additional costs, and while some features have additional costs within Avature, the value is superior to those with 3rd party Apps.

Our last CRM was horrible and I used an excel sheet instead of that tool. I am so much more productive since we got avature.

As an admin the inability to reassign or correct schema ids is frustrating, given we have multiple integration points with other systems.

All round great platform with great support staff.

Lack of a home button and building an expression within a custom report is not always the easiest.

It’s incredible how easy it is to use Avature for all your recruiting needs.

Avature is very user friendly and allows for customisation their competitors not often offer, making it a good option across several company needs.

The Avature UI is very sleek and clean; it feels natural. The usability is built for simplicity while offering customization for the user.

I love the Avature ATS and recommend it to everyone. It's not user friendly and our implementation manager has been the absolute best.

Once you learn everything it's an amazingly intuitive system. But getting there is difficult and takes quite a lot of time.

You can use it for really any Recruiting, Onboarding and even Off-Boarding use case there is. Great tool and great support.

And what I love the most it doesn’t have a million extra fields that you need to fill out in order to create jobs or candidates. They literally got rid of all the unnecessary information fields.

I love that I can manage the stages of each candidate and skill set and have the database send me reminders of when I need to reach out to a candidate again.

It also allows for application processes to be simple and quick. I also love the settings that allow a user to see previous application history, as well as check progress on a referral.

Their all features are awesome and gave best service in return of their subscription plans.

Avature is constantly improving their product, rolling out enhancements, and, thinking ahead to provided what is needed for true AWS achievement.

Lack of QA from the Avature implementation team. Changes being pushed that are not well managed with users.

The software seems a bit too linier in process and not very dynamic when it comes to features. I find it difficult to readdress a task if an edit is required.

The Avature is best and solid CRM software or platform and the following things that I like most are. Easy to use dashboard even beginner can understand easily.

The incredibly flexible workflows and data models make it easy to facilitate our processes, which can be complex at times.

Great Platform for Internal Mobility & Referral Programs.

Furthermore, Avature has and is willing to build custom integrations for many 3rd party initiatives should their clients be interested in integrating say, a dialer, or, other data source.

Overall I have really enjoyed having this tool.

Easy to navigate, easy to create new surveys and reports, and the help nd training offered are awesome.

Using the non pre-defined layout is very fiddly, and so it can make life difficult. The software is still very expensive.

It has a lot of capabilities and if you aren't constantly pushing the boundaries of what you know you could miss some of what is offered.

Fairly easy to set up, customer support is amazing, right there if you have a question, no waiting. Also, has the ability to do a wide variety of question types that the free versions do not have.

Ease of use, the survey platform has definitely improved over the years since I started using it. Easy to change question types.

I'm a big fan of the show/hide feature. I also like the branching options.

There is no way to setup multiple daily reminders after a deadline is missed. I'd like to see the surveys combined with flowcharting, particularly escalation to the manager of the late survey.

There are no aspects or features that I have encountered which were difficult to use.

Surprised how good it actually is. and I liked it's support and sales teams - patiently and effectively they set up everything i needed.

One of my favorite features is being able to copy an existing survey and tweak what I need for the current use. Flexibility with downloading and sharing results is excellent.

The best thing about Key Survey is the customer service. They are always ready and willing (and patient) to help you with whatever you need.

Not as many question-type options as other platforms (i.e., ranking drag and drop), and the designs can use some updating.

We use Key Survey for all our online research. Works almost perfectly and when it doesn't the staff is fantastic at problem solving.

Most importantly it is rightly priced. We have used Key Survey for more than a dozen projects and are extremely happy with it.

Key Survey is one of the easiest survey tools we have ever used - easy to both learn and navigate and easy for our customers to respond to. The best part is that their customer service is amazing.

Value for the money (other comparable software cost a lot more), great support, does everything we want.

Feature rich service with most of the bells and whistles you hope for in a survey solution and intuitive.

Very rigorous logic and an easy editing interface. The launch feature also makes it easy to track completion and progress.

Very easy to use' from programming to reporting' and the customer service is excellent.

They are so accessible, and committed, it feels like a very small company that is just focused on you. We really like that aspect.

Key Survey allows users to design survey forms with the help of customizable templates.
