Anyone can build a survey, but few have powerful multi-tiered or customizable reporting abilities.

The product is easy to use, has many great features, and integrates with existing platforms.

I like the way it is quick, and I can easily track the progress of the students who responded to the survey and those who did not respond.

An in addition to the tool being efficient is it is also user friendly. Explorance's customer service is excellent on all levels.

While there are some pain points, without question the implementation of Blue was a time saver for our team.

Customer service is good with simple issues. Complex problems tend to drag on and require a lot of time commitment on the client-end to sort out.

Blue Course Evaluation has allowed us to revamp the delivery of our student learning experience survey in the college which has resulted in improved engagement leading to more meaningful results.

I love that this software provides easy access to gain a lot of data from students to improve the way professors approach their teaching techniques.

I get they are an 'online first' company and a software above all else, but I was disappointed by Blue's inability to reliably process and integrate data from paper forms.

Exemplary Customer Service Supporting Impressive Software.

Side can be clunky, with essential safeguards restricting auto-updates and often multi-step changes if project needs modification after publishing.

We have  been extensively using BLUE for feedback surveys, commonly, for us as well, the most important survey is the course evaluation survey.

Report creating features using the survey response data are excellent and are sufficient enough to suffice the institutional reporting features.

The software works well and is very customizable. The interface is well received and out of the several products we reviewed, this one was the faculty favorite.

We chose this software after negative experiences with our last vendor, and we were specifically looking for something that could provide all of the below.

Onboarding is fairly difficult. The product is complex, even to set up a basic project.

Parents are very happy to see their kids data in their mobile, hence very useful for school. And performance management tool helps me a lot.

Text export includes residual html characters that need to be converted/cleaned up before text analysis in external software. Reporting is limited and the visuals are very unattractive.

This will in turn makes reporting on academic activities easy and enhance alignment with the university's teaching community.

They used a third party software (ABBYY) to generate forms, and no matter how meticulously our printer was calibrated, there were always problems in the scanning and upload into Blue.

Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

Taleo was the first ATS I used and I thought it was very easy to learn the ins and outs.

Apparently, many people, even more mid-high level people are tired of this nonsense. The result is that they just won't use Taleo.

Lack of social media integration and forward thinking. Still Recruiter centric, not candidate centric.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.
