The overall experience was positive. When needed we pulled in the president to get things resolved in time for our implementation.

Need to click out of a field before a calculation/update happens to the data is sometimes confusing for users.

Version 1 met our needs, and V2 comes out and blows off our socks, then it has a few tweaks needed and the team hops to it. Love the customer service and tool flexibility to our needs.

Although a brief Q&A tutorial was given to introduce TalentComp, the system itself was intuitive and easy to use.

Talent HR offers a value-for-money solution for HR handling in small companies.

My overall experience was very positive, you can't ask much more from a free software. For a small team of our size (around 20 employees) I think you will not find a better value for money solution.

Also we use accruals for our PTO so unless I'm in there every week adjusting time it makes it difficult to keep track of what is accrued and what is yearly allowed.

The experience has been excellent. When I had concerns or questions, the support team promptly followed up.

We would also like to compliment the amazing help desk, who are always willing to help (especially [sensitive content hidden]), they offer quick replies and extensive knowledge of the platform.

The product is always evolving with new features and functionalities which always nice to know, although it is a perfect fit for it as is.

As a whole we love the simplistic look of Talent HR, it is clean and minimalist.

TalentComp tracks employee compensation and performance history. Information can also be aggregated from any payroll or HRIS system. The system displays summary pool information for raises and bonuses, and it includes the ability to manage multiple currencies, companies and languages. All increases and recommendations are routed electronically, so supervisors can approve, make changes or return to managers for adjustment.


Managers and administrators can review a variety of real-time statistics such as completion percentages, as well as summaries detailing how total amounts are allocated for merit, promotions, bonuses and more.
