Absolutely nothing - they are always developing it and adding new features, so even if you think something is missing, it's in the pipeline.

The time you save in advertising, communicating and onboarding is amazing. Even though I don't use the system everyday i find that each time the interface is so simple to get around.

The two most outstanding features for me are the calendar/notifications (email/sms) and screening questions.

I'm still pleasantly surprised at just how straight forward it is to use. Expr3ss! keeps me organised and focused on finding our next amazing employee.

The support team are very responsive and customer service is personal and genuine. A great product from a great company that is dedicated to making staff selection the best it can be.

Easy calendar booking function. Help line is great, very prompt and helpful with clear instructions.

Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

Taleo was the first ATS I used and I thought it was very easy to learn the ins and outs.

Apparently, many people, even more mid-high level people are tired of this nonsense. The result is that they just won't use Taleo.

Lack of social media integration and forward thinking. Still Recruiter centric, not candidate centric.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.
