Great tool for geographically separated companies.

The software is so easy to use by everyone and easily customizable for whatever kind of survey you want to create.

This will allow us to be more strategic in our efforts, instead of disparate efforts that we hope have the desired effect.

Text surveys that all can answer in less than 2 minutes from the ease of their phone. Clean display of information for admin is also amazing.

The setup for uploading data using the Hyphen API has been a bit more difficult than it should be. This could be streamlined using different integrations.

The ease of setting up surveys, response from their team, and roll out of the surveys has been fantastic. Gathering and reviewing the data is also very easy but time-consuming.

Hyphen is super easy to use for all of our employees.

Hyphen has been a great tool for our business to hear insight from all of our employees and improve upon areas that have been uncovered through the survey.

We partnered with Hyphen to begin an overhaul on our employee engagement and our initial survey was a great success.

The team at Hyphen really want to deliver a product that is easy to use and they are willing to talk through any issue to find a resolution that works.

It was easy to set up my questions (including custom questions) and it's been really easy to navigate through to see results.

Some of the things in the tool set up are quite confusing: there are 3 ways of checking participation and users have a lot of questions about that.

Setting up was easy and having templates was great.

The software gave us this amazing way to reconnect with our employees after a long time of no engagement. It was completely configurable and very flexible to our needs.

There was an overly ambitios anonymity filter that was removing a lot of my responses, but again, as soon as I reported the issue, the team immediately fixed the problem.

Great product but need more reporting capabilities.

Loved how helpful customer support was, and how willing the company was to modify for what we were looking for.

The fact that the app and insights app are two different things becomes a little bit of a concern as having two separate formats can become confusing for users.

As we have a lot of changes in the org structure, every time we need to update the database, which is cumbersome and full of errors - I have a feeling that data isn't overwritten.

Before Hyphen, we were knee deep in comments with no additional insight; which put us in a terrible place. We'd given our employees a voice, but we didn't know who was speaking.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Good Product With Good Algoritham. Provides Needful Tools To Analyse The Insights Also To Get A Good Understanding About Customer Expectations.

The first beautiful thing I like is that their website and the mobile application are very responsive and have a great user interface that enables us to complete tasks in a short period of time.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Overall, I believe it is a great value for the money, with the features it provides. I have recommended it to a few friends and once they get over the learning curve they too love it.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

The ability to make custom question surveys is very powerful in this package. Tracking of answers and reporting is the best.

Ease of use, clean and modern look, ability to integrate with other software. Price was better compared to what we were using before.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

I have had an overally very positive and pleasant experiencing SurveyMonkey. I love that it is a free software, it is userfriendly and there is live tech support when the user may need it.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
