For a new user it is very very complex to understand it and we have to adjust ourselves to use your non-sense features.

I like the opportunity to set up meetings with direct reports.

As a manager, I have no option to view all the goals in a glance and no option to approve all the goals of a particular resource.

I really like that insights showcases all the goals and daily tasks I should be focusing on. As someone who has a lot going on, I love being able to get refocused looking over my insights.

I didn't have the chance to use it properly, but I really like the UI, it's nice and clean.

It is very difficult to track the reviews, goals and ratings given for a resource and the dashboard is missing.

Reviews are not complicated and it gives me the opportunity to improve things that need to be improved.

Once a goal is created, it can not be deleted, not even by supervisor. So if you make a mistake, it'll  always haunt you on your front page.

If you click out of a comment before saving, you lose the entirety of the comment. It's also hard to navigate between comments on a review.

I love how user friendly this software is. As a supervisor it really helps navigate team goals and professional development.

It was pretty easy to add goals and responsibilities. I really liked being able to schedule my 1:1's with my manager through this.

The ratings system - by the time I've done 12 1:1 meetings with a staff member, they have rated themselves 12 times on the same points. The rating system becomes meaningless.

The service and technical support I got the team was exceptional. The tool was so intuitive and easy to use and the way in which I could set it up to improve team performance was really valuable.

Not so much the software ut I was a little it disappointed that I could not download the group analysis.

The format of the report summery is my favorite. First comes a nice summary and then comes the detailed information.
