Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

It is very functional, excellent price, easy to use, easy to learn, it is great to work with it.

Taleo was the first ATS I used and I thought it was very easy to learn the ins and outs.

Apparently, many people, even more mid-high level people are tired of this nonsense. The result is that they just won't use Taleo.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.

Sometimes the time it takes when getting into a feature is a little slow, but so far the only negative.

Everything is fully integrated and easy to use even when you are not an HR expert.

Sometimes it is difficult to find some options.

The 360 solution that includes an expert 1to1 account manager assisting you needs. The combination Saas + Personal team is probably the best value they offer.

Customer support is brilliant as they respond within a few hours.

Payfit as a software is easy to use and navigate around and even when you need support from their customer service they are always very prompt to reply.

An all-in-one solution for companies and their employees.

Product team is amazing and is always (so far) able to customise features for us very quickly. The feature to ask questions or concerns is the best I've seen on any software.

Payfit gives us the ability to manage all things payroll related in a simple, intuitive interface.

Awesome for work absences because we have a view of all absences in our team on a calendar. The view of remaining days if’s clear and well detailed.

The layout is pretty simple and it's easy to find your payslips, overview of time off, requested time off, and request for leaves. It easily integrates with our HRIS system BambooHR.

We are very happy as a youn startup with no resources and no idea of how to manage a +10 people team.

At the end of the month the platform is slower and sometimes even crushes.

I've working for different companies and Payfit is the most clear, intuitive and easy software so far.

It's very easy to use and the on boarding was very straight forward. The interface is well structured and has plenty of options for complex payrolls.

Ease of use, fantastic support, and a very extensive Knowledge Base. It has divided our time spent on payrolls by a tenfold.

I experienced wrongly calculated payslip during a sick leave.

Easy to understand, easy to use, even if my job is not to manage the payroll employees. Support team is awesome, ready to help and available at any time.
