Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.

I think the overall interface is clean and user-friendly. The software is also appropriately priced for the included features.

The customer service provided was always terrible, so much so that we had several phone calls with upper management because of the poor treatment that we received.

The products offered for the price are the best bang for your buck when compared to other HRIS.

They are always willing to help and because their programming is in-house, suggestions you make to improve the platform are taken seriously and implemented. This is one of their greatest strengths.

Implementation was outstanding. Our sales rep checks in frequently to make sure we're still happy.

The system is a few different systems parsed together so there is not a clear and uniform flow from one area to the other. Overall, Proliant was one of the worst mistakes that we ever made.

Proliant is amazing - their customer service is incredible. They are quick to respond, friendly, and always helpful.

Proliant was a terrible decision. Nothing with them went to plan and we were never technically fully moved out of implementation even though we spent two plus years with them.

The integration process was seamless. The customer service is wonderful, and the ease of use is fantastic.

The layout is is user friendly and the modules offered are all important aspects of the HR function. I also like the amount of tools provided.

Proliant is very easy to use, for the most part.

Just now in implementation but already see the benefits of consolidating 8 separate vendor systems into one coherent, inclusive and integrated product offering.

Also, the dedicated service team is wonderful and makes things so much easier, especially if you are a smaller company.

I have trouble sometimes with the effective dating of records, because our company does payroll in arrears and it can be confusing how to end date and begin date information in our case.

I enjoyed using this as my company payroll software. It was easy to understand and easy to use.

Easy navigation and reports section. I can always find what I need or create a report for it.

Great for the cost in comparison to the big names.

The full integration of the various modules and ability to make processes all electronic in a 70 site de-centralized clinic environment.

We hated loosing our implementation staff [SENSITIVE CONTENT] however our support staff [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is all [SENSITIVE CONTENT] said she would be.

The functionality between Proliant and their Time and Labor system is terrible.

Having used other HR management systems Proliant is simply adequate. As an end-user I appreciate a clear UI, but overall Proliant does what we need it to.

The support team is superb. They are most helpful, always available.

Our experience with Proliant has been very positive. The customer service they provide is top notch compared to other payroll providers.

As a happy user of Proliant, I love its automation tools and the ability to customize workflows and reports.

Be weary if they try to sell you their software.

Our representative is super helpful and that makes us continue to use this product. She responds quickly to alleviate the problem from above.

The tax team is responsive and any issues are quickly and easily resolved. I am excited to integrate our expense reimbursement into Proliant instead of cutting checks.

The reporting options are somewhat challenging. I don't always get the results I expected and often not sure why my report failed.
