Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

Apparently, many people, even more mid-high level people are tired of this nonsense. The result is that they just won't use Taleo.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.

I haven't used it so much to find negative feedback.

Easily integrates with Slack to give a holistic view on important feedback at regular intervals to become part of the review process. Very simple for users to give relevant feedback and scoring.

Confusing search engine,Some notification are not appropriate.

Pulse surveys are a good way to improve psychological safety, plus this kind of continuous feedback makes you think about your own workload, motivation and overall satisfaction in a constructive way.

Our organization is mostly in english, and while the tool is localized in multiple languages, the touchpoints where my finnish UI and the teams english UI meet seem weird.

I use it mainly via slack application. So far, it has been easy to use and learn usage.

I like how people are empowered to take responsibility of their own growth and learning instead of manager-led solution. Teamspective is also easy to implement and very intuitive to use.

Pulse surveys are good but UI feels too complex in some places.

It's nice to get feedback from peers. It's great that we have the public slack channel where the boosts are broadcast, even when they are person to person.

I'd much rather have a single language forced for all users in the team.

My overall experience is really good. I'm happy that my organisation utilises Teamspective as a tool for managing the teams etc. I value that finally I have a distinct way to ask and receive feedback.

The very best feature for me and from my point of view is the feedback possibility. It encourages people to send praises and give good feedback as well as asks you to get feedback from the others.

Good frequency, not too often not too rarely. It  guides and encourages towards giving feedback and boosts for peers.

Software is easy to use and it is not taking too much time to take the survey.

Employees can give anonymously feedback to supervisors, which is the best feature. The employees can also see the whole company's results, which is also great.

It might be that our employer is doing something to fix issues, but there's no roadmap and checks to see if the actions taken fixed to lower results.
