Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.

The participation rate was really high and it was great to see it used by employees and positively received.

So many features that it can be difficult to get your head around it unless you use it every day.

The monthly surveys take a bit of getting used to for staff. We also have a complicated departmenal structure and that can make reading the results confusing sometimes.

Great system, intuitive to use and quality customer support.

I don't like that an 8 on the score sale is seen as passive or negative. To me, an 8 is equivalent to 80% or a B.

Very easy to use, and provides deep insight to what driving employee engagement. Pretty quick implementation, and support is excellent if you do have any issues or concerns.

Peakon is an amazing employee engagement tool, I love being able to voice my opinion without worrying about confidentiality. It is also super easy to use.

I find the ease of use when taking the surveys to be very high level and enjoy the summary section at the conclusion of each survey to see trends.

I feel like the questions are really comprehensive and I am open to give all the feedback I want while knowing it's not attached to my name.

Easy to use, lots of help if we need it. The export report is good as it is easy to present to teams for feedback.

Peakon is a very well designed and easy to use Engagement tool. It was great to get consistent feedback and insight into our strengths and priority areas that needed improvement.

Well designed software with great UX/UI, which has undoubtedly been a factor in the high usage rate in our workforce.

It can sometimes be frustrating trying to second-guess the reasoning behind anonymous feedback, but then the anonymity is key to the platform so I guess it's not the software that's at fault.

I did find it tricky at the beginning to navigate around the management reporting.

A professional, exciting company to deal with. They are always looking for new and innovative ideas and we feel like we are with them on the journey.

The way that you can filter comments, segment to a granular level to understand engagement across the organisation is incredible. The customer support is always so helpful and very speedy to respond.

It was very easy to set up and to maintain. The senior management team get so much useful data bot micro and macro.

They’re always available and always ready to help. The answer is (almost) always “yes we can do that.

At the moment, nothing as such to dislike about Workday Peakon Employee Voice.

Peakon gives you and the entire company amazing visibility of the engagement data it captures.

Great flexibility in the question setup, allowing you to tailor to your business or team. Great dashboards help you visualize the results and turn this into actions.

Also there were some strange issues with login.
