Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

It is very functional, excellent price, easy to use, easy to learn, it is great to work with it.

Taleo was the first ATS I used and I thought it was very easy to learn the ins and outs.

Apparently, many people, even more mid-high level people are tired of this nonsense. The result is that they just won't use Taleo.

Lack of social media integration and forward thinking. Still Recruiter centric, not candidate centric.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.

As a user, I find YuLife to be my favourite company benefit because of its ease of use and relevance.

From a user persepective I love the simplicity of the the challanges and way it encourages me to walk and keep healthy, it also helps maintain a daily routine of ensuring I take enough steps each day.

They do offer in-app meditations now (it was not the case 6 months ago) but there could be more choice to make it less repetitive if you do this every day.

Love the steps podium - great way to bring the team together and compete and encourage healthy behaviour. Also love the rewards on offer.

Getting cycling set up was a pain in the neck, and not sure it's working as of yet.

I love the daily quests and the fact that you can gain Yu Coin for the more you engage with the app. Love the surprise surges too too to allow you to increase your Yu Coin quicker.

It's also great to have a hub for all of our benefits offerings, and I've noticed a decrease in how often employees are asking to be pointed to other benefits websites.

The integration of cycling was a nice additional feature. Surges are a fab way of increasing engagement.

The app offers a clean simple user experience, with clear instructions on how to benefit from app use. Any time I have contacted support the responses have been friendly, positive and fast.

I hate that once you hit a certain level, all long walks are 3,500 steps.

You can't go straight on to another challenge, you need to wait about 10 mins before you can move on.

I am definitely a huge advocate and I enjoy encouraging colleagues to get started on the app - it's an easy sell.

We motivate our team to be more active and making sure they are aware of other features like YuMatter, making sure our team is healthy physically and mentally.

The range of rewards is fantastic. In addition, the support from our account manager is always top level - great customer service.

The rollout was easy and the staff have been really positive about the app, the rewards and the insurance. A cost effective way to invest in your staff wellbeing and give them tools to help them out.

I think its fun and easy to use with the added bonus of rewards and gives you the motivation to be more active.

I like the gamification side to YuLife, as it is easy to use andyou can get rewards on the go. Other life insurers I have come across do not include this and I think it is a great addition.

I like having something interactive as well as a tracker for my fitness and wellbeing goals, it keeps me motivated to do something daily.

Adding new employees to BUPA is too manual. I have to fill out a spreadsheet and email it over, then get no confirmation if its been added to the new employee.

There aren't any features we have found that we dislike at the moment.

Potentially the lack of customisation for the characters.

Very positive, it's discussed often amongst my colleagues in the office, all benefits and rewards are made the most of, the leader board is great for a bit of friendly competition.

I know this is something currently being looked at already, but it's a shame the challenges stop at level 199.

The app is very easy to use and the graphics are engaging. Very easy to use and keeps you motivated.

The leaderboard has encouraged a healthy level of competition between colleagues and is a great talking point. The rewards programme is easy to use and gives immediate results from daily activities.

Being able to integrate our existing systems into the app, for example links to our HR database and our e-learning product is proving really helpful.

There's a fun competitive aspect with the steps leaderboard, and the rewards really add up quickly, so employees are motivated to use it on a daily basis.

Other than that I can think only of occasional moments when an activity doesn't track or something like that, which can be frustrating, but I don't have any specific suggestions.

It has been a great experience working with YuLife, their customer service has been amazing right from the beginning no question has been too small.

Customer service has been really great. The YuDoctor feature is brilliant (I haven't yet used YuMatter) and the redemption of YuCoin seems manageable and encourages a healthy lifestyle.

From the initial call, i've had clear information shared with me, clear costings, and great follow up. The onboarding team has been very helpful and really guided me step by step.

Easy to use its a great way to start the wellbeing conversation in the workplace. It not only promotes health and wellbeing but rewards it too.

We use YuLife for Life Insurance and wellbeing and it is a great product. Simple UI, great concept, easy to use.

I hugely recommend YuLife - the most tangible benefit I have.

Sometimes the step counter freezes and you have to stop your quest and start again.
