The ability to customise the objective setting and appraisal process to fit our business's requirements e.g. defined standards of conduct and behaviour in the probation review.

The sunburst chart is confusing and the categories for 1:1 reporting could be clearer ie; report each week/month/twice a week, etc, rather than just monthly or over a 6 week period.

It has delivered efficiencies with regard to the performance process and is a very effective management tool.

The roll out to the business was exceptionally smooth and the team at Performance Hub were extremely responsive to our requests for support with integration and delivery.

Ease of use - the application is intuitive, requiring minimal tuition for new users to become competent at accessing and using the portal.
